If you think it’s unfair to do changes (which is fine) then I will just changed my placement slightly.

I can’t keep this up, I’m afraid. It’s clear I’ve offended the dice gods in some major way this game, and at this point it’s just a formality who wins. Good game. Well played.

Thank you! However, I thought it was in the balance for quite many rounds. I think one decisive factor was the battle versus the UK fleet down outside Egypt. First I attacked with the Italian and performed very poorly for the German follow-up. Fortunately for me I only lost one German airplane in that attack. If I had lost 5-6 of them, the outcome could have been very different.
Just one other reflection. I think if keep an eye on the objectives you could produce way more each round, especially with the USA. The easiest objective except for the standard ones that grant you 20 extra IPC/round is the one down in Africa for an additional 5 :)

Yes, thanks. I definitely need to get my head around all these new rules and objectives with BM. I’m still not sure I really like it any better. I honestly think 2nd Ed was fine. But, I also play no victory cities, so that evens it out a bit for the Allies and they don’t need quite as large a bid.
