    Yeah 10 rounds of pacific naval buys will do that. Japan does ok early on because of its starting airforce but eventually it cant keep up. The question is just how long can you hold out and what can Germany/Italy accomplish before Japan gets shut down. In this case, I am not sure they did enough but we will see.
