    I don’t like to tolerate a SZ110 scramble. It is a little risky but normally the worst you lose is the 2 subs. If you get really unlucky you can lose the BB.

    Normally it makes it hard to do the SZ92 stack, especially if the Japanese don’t DOW. But Taranto is also a valid option. Does sacrifice the CV though, which makes it less preferred.

    I used to have a slightly stronger SZ111 attack and a weaker SZ110 attack and when people did scramble to SZ110 I really didn’t like losing all that Luftwaffe.

    I don’t really like to rely on people doing what a lot of people do when I think they probably should be scrambling to SZ110. Now, there is also the option of retreating assuming people sink the BB in the first round. I don’t think I’ve ever done that though.
