Well, I definitely see the Allies ahead here. German sacced a lot of planes to sink the fleet at 99 and still they lost Norway, this should not be the case.
Allies have a significant TUV and income edge and it is questionable whether the Axis can do anything about it.However, I found the previous resignation premature, too. As Axis, I would definitely see first whether they can get Egypt, and if so, how the map looks after that.
Norway doesn’t look secure for the Allies either. Of course, the reds will become a factor if Germany focuses on Norway and Egypt but we have to see how this works.
Japan’s position is also fragile, but still holding together yet. -
