When you download the file above Open it and it should open TripleA. Click on Play PBEM (Play-by-Email/Forum) Game Then enter your forum login name in the spot next to Login: then enter your password into the field next to Password Then Click the Play Button and the game will load. Complete your turn then click on Post at the end of your turn. The Post button should popup on the right side panel after your turn is complete. If you need to post before the end of the turn then select File and then Post PBEF/PBF Gamesave

On a side note, if you saved it somewhere you will have a .tsvg to re-open or email if thats what your trying.
