  • So I have been thinking more about this RR rule we have, and I think it’s original intention was to help buffer against an insane dicing where there’s a very low chance of losing a battle and the average score is expected to be pretty high, but you end up totally getting the opposite. Like what happened to me in Egypt that first game. I don’t feel comfortable having that rule available for just any battle, like especially for a 50-50 battle, where essentially you’d have two tries at it. And there are a few like that now in our game. So what do you say we modify it to better suit its real intent and purpose, and say that it only applies if the battle calc says you have an 80% or greater chance of winning, but you actually lose instead? If we modify it as such, then yes I’d be ok for you to have it back and not burned on the Shan state takeback.


  • So I am proposing this:

    1. Must have 80% odds or greater (based on default battle calc settings (1000 run count, etc))
      AND
    2. You lose the battle

    Thoughts?

    Yes, actually I agree to that… sadly.
    I think that was correct intent.

    So, I think a player should post the battle with the odds before, so it meets the rule.

    So, yes. I agree.

    As for my current move, ho lee, I am not sure… will sadly have to wait until tomorrow…
