19L axis-dominion (+4) vs KILL! (allies) bm3

I am playing a casual game of BM3 (3.0) with Canada being a separate faction instead of under British’s domain. I noticed in the game that China does not spawn guerrillas in Japan’s territories not garrisoned by a land unit. The notes differ as to also in that China gets another +3 for their Objective. Is this a compensation or a bug rather?

sounds good. Things in europe are about to get ugly quick. so I think this one is done. Really good for me to see how it played out.

Im good with allies again. no bid is fine with me.

Oh, and you were taking too many high risks, and all of those risky battles that bit you, they added up quite significantly.

PS: I will take not this as a win in the standings as it is life circumstance concede. Id rather have the kind of concede where I twist your arm until you scream uncle. Although I doubt that would ever happen.:relaxed:
