The error message speaks for itself:
“Emails… are not registered. Please register…”.
I need the link to register my email address to Marti please anyone. Can’t find it through the search bar here.

So, I’m no longer getting Marti dice emails even though my opponents are. Anyone experience this before?
As long as you don’t get an error message from TripleA when using the dice server with your registered email, it should be fine on the dice server-side.
I have tested the server using your last savegame, and the test was successful.
So chances are, that the problem is related to receiving mails on your side or on your provider’s side.
There have been some provider-related problems in the past. It happens here and there.
You maybe want to register a gmail-account, that should work flawlessly.
Just some ideas to check… there are various reasons for not receiving (special) mails.
