okidoki, well played but it is also soooooo close :) with two more planes in moscow I would probably still have lost but with good chances of taking moscow back. Now I have no realistic chance of taking moscow back. That means Germany will get about 80 IPC next round and rising
I think this game is lost for the allies. The only uncertainty is Germany has nothing, but they will rebuild really quickly. Unless you see things differently I think we can call this game over! Well played!

so its a little bit messy. I initially moved my mech inf in russia to rostov in combat together with an inf. I realized its pointless, so I changed it to kasakstan
I initially landed my planes in volgograd (from caucasus) changed that as well to kasaksthan
I had 2 art 2 inf in samara, moved one of each to Russia, the other pair to volgograd. I edited the other pair from volgograd to kasakstan
I also placed an armor in volgograd. I edited that to moscow. 1 inf was placed in volgograd and the remaing units in moscow
