The rulebook says that units cannot move into unoccupied hostile territories during the noncombat move phase. Is there any way to conquer an unoccupied hostile territory without blitzing?
Just move an infantry/artillery to the territory during combat move phase.
Brazil (US) and Madagascar (UK) are allied territories.
The Axis can capture them by unloading transports in their combat move.
The Allies can place units there by unloading transports in their noncombat move and/or by landing planes.
No. Your one movement is the loading onto the transport. Any land unit on a transport can be loaded and offloaded on a single turn but it takes up all their movement.
