General Tzu would build
1 a sufficient amphibious navy from the UK sea zones, and
2 bombers.
Such a force enables rapid vectors for attack against many Germans targets. More than they can effectively defend.
Use each side for a different thing rather than one player
i.e.
Build=x
CM=y
Battles=z*#battles
NCM=a
Collection,Placement etc.=b
Strategic disscusion=c
Strategic discussion could be skipped and the time saved for a big discussion at the end
I like it!
Nice!
I would like somebody to get it and customize it for AA with logos. Perhaps each side could have the turn phase marked and logos and camo pattern on the sides?

This timer retails for $50.00
I love it but how many people would order one?
What a waste of time.
Just use a watch you already own, or a sand hourglass until you start rolling dice.
That would require a watch for each player, and the desire to keep track of the time so it does not go over.
The timer does this with a sound, the watch does not.
The timer can account for different time signatures for each turn segment, while the watch cannot.
The hourglass is another stupid idea, because it cant be adjusted for each turn segment and they mainly make only 90 second sand timers or 1.5 minute sand timers.
Buy one timer and move it to the turn segment and press the programmed button and all this time accounting is done by one unit, rather than 6 watches or sand timers that don’t work.
Makes for an interesting stat.
Timing should not cover diceroll events.
Maybe apply $1 IPC penalty for every min overtime from some specified limit on your turn.
