Been away a while - need a refresher on downloading latest 2.6 version please help

Where do I download them. I found 2.r on github but don’t remember what to do. 14159 is the latest i’ve downloaded

In case you are on Windows and as you say your PC is very old, you can go with the
windows-32bit.exe .

In case you are not on Windows please indicate what OS you are using.
