up to you but if you wanted, you could do germany. I cant execute the turn at the moment but france will do nothing. Anzac will attack land in java and cel and do a few ncm movements in pacific. Anzacs in persia will stay put as well so should be zero movement on europe side and only obvious movements on pacific side. Not sure what I am buying yet but unlikely it could be affected by germany.
Otherwise no rush. Just the last couple turns I have thought about just posting anzac at the same time as UK since italy and anzac are completely unrelated at this point and french are doing nada.

yeah. Very useful in pacific to avoid strafes (hopefully not giving you any ideas). Also nice in europe around 110 sz as then you can take normandy and holland and still have us units ready for the next turn. Obviously requires some planning though.
Also a reason to leave marines on cruisers. If the marine loads onto the cruiser and then the cruiser participates in a naval battle, the marine would have to be deployed for the same reason (units loaded during combat movement must unload during combat movement). In that case you wouldnt be allowed to load the marine and would have to leave it behind if it didnt have a combat move to land.
