I had intended to write more about the setup but ran out of time–something about work?

I have done the early war as UK once on round 1 and once on round 2, if you can pull off a Sneaky Karl that can be worth it. I think it can also be very strong for helping boost China from a concentrated push by the Japanese, but it’s certainly a tool to be used sparingly.
