@Ghostglider Scramble and submerge options for 114-

Speaking of scramble, I often skip scrambles due to odds, usually anything that is ~85%+ including scrambles or if the expected TUV swing of a battle is higher when scrambling. Is that ok or would you like me to ask every time? Or at a different threshold?
