@Ichabod1862 First, you don’t declare war on neutrals - you simply attack them (see page 10 of the Rulebook). Also, attacking one of them makes only that one join the other side, not all of them. However, attacking a strict neutral does cause all of the other strict neutrals to become “pro” the other side (see page 11 of the Rulebook). There are some exceptions regarding Mongolia (see pages 36 and 37 of the Rulebook).

Air units cannot fly over a neutral territory unless they are attacking it, so it’s not possible to combat move an air unit through a neutral territory in the same turn that you’re attacking it. See page 11 of the Rulebook.

Hi! We noticed this error last week. It seems to be related to iOS 18.2 and affects iPhones 15+. We’re still investigating the issue, and considering the upcoming holiday period, there won’t be an immediate fix, unfortunately.

Apple released the new iOS, our game stopped working on it.
