UK collects the unspent IPCs of the Germany’s player, then, even if its own capital is in enemy’s hands. See page 21 of the Europe 1940.2 rulebook.

In the previous round all u-boats retreated.
So when Germany takes London there would be more money 😎

Like 5-6 u boats did convoy raiding.
The last 4 rounds the UK lost every round at least 10 ipc
And Yes the German u-boats attacked US convoys butt only 1 time.

The English defeated the sub with a destroyer and a tactical bomber.
