@Ragnell804 @VictoryFirst once a submarine submerges, a convoy center is recaptured by the Allies. In this game, I basically forgot to change control of the north UK center back to UK after the German sub submerged on the USA turn.

It would take two Turns to do this.

Turn 1: During the Phase 6: Deploy Reinforcements and Assign Convoy Escorts Place units from your Reinforcement Zone to Gibraltar (UK’s Staging Territory). NOTE - Gibraltar has an SL of 2 so only 2 units may be placed there at any time. Supply Tokens do not apply to this limit.

Turn 2: During the Phase 6: Deploy Reinforcements and Assign Convoy Escorts place as many units as you want from Gibraltar, a staging area, to the Malta Convoy Zone.
