I completely agree. Especially since there’s that 1 turn delay since the Soviets had to buy those units first. Much better to just send units that start the game close to China and use those 15 IPCs (5 infantry!) to defend in Europe.

yea the Take Over you have to edit some stuff as you pointed out. One has to create a lot of conditions for it all to work and a simple edit seemed easier at the time.

Just wanted to get the main stuff to work. Yea, I can’t remember, but I thought G had the option to pay the 5 bucks to Take Over or not.
I think once the Token is placed it’ll auto change if the conditions are met, so best not to place it if you might not accept.

Yea, if you want to improve it, that’d be great :) One thing that’s kinda whacked, is the convoy damage for Italy. You have todo that manually and then adjust the PUs accordingly.

I think it’s in the Notes. I’ll have to check. I forgot to change the “description” image yesterday too lol, so have a bit more todo.

Haven’t done a yaml update yet either. I’ll wait for a bit on it :)

Hmm … I’ll look at my repo and give you access like New Elk. I think I can only do it for my personal one, not the git one.

Anyway, will figure it out and let you know.

Feel free to tidy up any images as well :)

@Me1945 I just realized that you upgraded that factory in Malaya to a major one. My read of the rules is that is not allowed as it needs to be done on an originally controlled territory. I’m not worried about it for this game as I don’t think it can change the outcome now but wanted to flag that for future reference.

This is from the Europe rule book page 27: " The industrial complex to be upgraded must
be located on an originally controlled (not captured)
territory that you have controlled since the beginning of
your turn and that has an IPC value of 3 or higher."
